Morseby Range drummondita  |

Drummondita ericoides

Status: Endangered on the EPBC Act list

This species occurs in five populations in the Morseby Range north of Geraldton. It occurs among low heath on sandstone and laterite slopes. The rocky area where it occurs is not preferred for agriculture, so has not been highly cleared. It may have been protected from grazing by occurring near Gastrolobium spinosum, a plant that is toxic to stock.
